Refund & Return Policy – Colours of Beauty

At Colours of Beauty, we are committed to providing 100% authentic and high-quality products. To ensure product integrity, customer privacy, and safety, we follow a Closed Box Delivery Policy.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange a return or replacement subject to the following conditions:

 Return & Replacement Conditions

✔ If you notice any issue after receiving the product, you must notify us as soon as possible (within a maximum of 3 days of delivery).

✔ You must provide photo or video proof when submitting your complaint.

✔ Our customer support team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or payment adjustment if applicable.

✔ Used, swatched, or liquid/semi-liquid products are not eligible for return or refund.

✔ Returns/refunds are not applicable if you simply dislike the product (e.g., smell, texture, color, or design).

✔ The return policy will not be applicable if the product seal is broken.

✔ If you mistakenly order the wrong product, an exchange may be possible in some cases; however, return and reshipping costs must be borne by the customer (subject to management approval).

✔ You must return the original invoice, packaging, and unused product to be eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process & Charges

✔ Within Dhaka, we may offer free pick-up service in selected cases (conditions apply).

✔ For returns outside Dhaka, customers must send the product via Pathao Courier Service.

✔ If your return is approved and valid, we will refund the courier charges.

✔ If the claim is found invalid, you must keep the product and bear the return and shipping costs.
